1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing TundraMountain at hemlocknook.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the platform. We may revise these terms from time to time; continued use after any revision constitutes acceptance. We will post the updated version with the revision date above.

TundraMountain is operated as a free social entertainment service. There is no purchase necessary to access any feature of the platform. All in-game tokens are virtual and carry zero monetary value.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use TundraMountain. By confirming the age gate, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who we have reason to believe is under 18. This platform is intended for Canadian residents; we make no representation that it is appropriate or legal in other jurisdictions.

TundraMountain is intended for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not use automated bots, scrapers, or any technique to extract data from the platform at scale, manipulate game state, or simulate multiple users.

3. Nature of the Platform

TundraMountain provides free social games using virtual tokens. These tokens: (a) have no monetary value; (b) cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, or redeemed; (c) do not accumulate as property of any kind; and (d) reset when you clear your browser data. The visual design of the game resembles real-money play — this is an intentional game mechanic that does not alter the fundamental nature of the platform as a free social game.

TundraMountain is not a form of real-money activity. We do not offer, facilitate, or intend to facilitate any real-money outcome. No purchase is necessary to play, and no skill, strategy, or outcome on TundraMountain results in a real-world reward of any kind.

4. Permitted Use

You may access and use TundraMountain solely for personal entertainment. You must not: reproduce or redistribute our platform content without attribution; attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with game mechanics; use the platform in any way that could harm, disrupt, or overburden our infrastructure; or use the platform to engage in any activity that is unlawful under Canadian federal or provincial law.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use TundraMountain for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to sublicense, commercially exploit, or create derivative works based on our platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All original content on TundraMountain — including platform design, copy, logo, and CSS — is the property of TundraMountain or its licensors. Game symbol artwork uses the Noto Emoji set under the Apache 2.0 licence; the Bootstrap framework is used under MIT licence; Google Fonts is used under the applicable open-source font licences. Attribution is included in the site footer.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

TundraMountain is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, TundraMountain and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed CAD $0.00, as the platform is provided entirely free of charge and no real-money transactions take place. If you reside in a jurisdiction that does not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, these provisions apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Responsible Play

Even though TundraMountain uses virtual tokens with no monetary value, we take responsible design seriously. We encourage all users to set personal time limits and to treat the platform as occasional entertainment, not a daily obligation.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of British Columbia.
